Email is the only way to reach us, and a person reads it.
Things we’d especially like to hear
Corrections. If a rating is wrong, a price has changed, a link is broken or a product has been replaced by a newer version, tell us. We’ll fix it and date the change.
Sources we’ve missed. If a gift gets talked about somewhere we haven’t cited, such as a forum, a specialist magazine or a shop with lots of reviews, send it over.
Disagreements. If something we scored badly worked brilliantly for you, we’d like to know. We can’t publish one person’s experience as a review, but it’s a good reason to go back and look again.
Brands and PR
We don’t take payment for reviews, placements or rankings, and we don’t publish guest posts, sponsored posts or paid links.
Please don’t send products either. We don’t test them, so a sample can’t change a score. If a page about your product has a factual mistake, though, tell us and we’ll fix it quickly.
